With the RSG-75 (No.FJ-01108), production was shifted from the former Nishikiro workshop to Nirayama. With the approval of the seller, this is indeed the earliest issue of Fernandes RSG 75 manufactured by Nirayama, as indicated by the golden variations on the "RG" logo and the serial number in the top register. This makes it the earliest example of any numbered model of Fernandes of this type. The serial number spelling has never reverted to the longer form "Fernandes" as the "RG" script has not been adopted.
With the RSG-95 (No.FJ-01113 & FJ-01114), production was shifted from the former Nishikiro workshop to Nirayama. With the approval of the seller, these two instruments do indeed share serial numbers, thus they both date to post-Nirayama production for Fernandes. As seen on the fretboard labels, both of them are numbered 9 strings high, corresponding to the 9-digit serial numbers but not the 10-digit ones.As the "RG" script has not been adopted on these models, the shorter form "Fernandes" appeared on them, the first instances of that occurring. d2c66b5586
