Our first-ever AP game was a tug-of-war between the first two Avatar games. I spent a good few months looking for beings that could help me battle the Na'vi. "You need to trade with the Mur'akans. You have a lot of theta energy resonating from the cabin, even more than they have as a planet. They like the stuff you have and know how to work it." Well, I saw a Mur'akan that spoke fluent (though confusingly accented) Englezeh. But he was a Mur'akan. So we trade. It took a long time, but I eventually got enough for the new build we were constructing. It was a tractor-beam, which sent the trailer right above the aft deck, allowing the Harbinger's other weapons to be cycled through against the Na'vi. The e.t.a. was pretty good, so we jumped. For you, I don't know, I think 1:27.
I want to clear up a small bit of confusion, because for some reason, this is the wrong one. I tried to read a few books (THE SIX), but they all sucked. I went to cheat to see if there was anything better out there, but I was stumped. Arkham Knight would have been great, but Arkham Asylum is one of my favorite games, and that doesn't really count. I HATED Mortal Kombat! I want to say Heavenly Sword, but I was bad at it. I was just 'bored' and couldn't get into it. So I kinda lost interest. I also picked up Hegemony at a trade shop. I had wanted to play one of the Paradox titles for a while, and the one that was on the Genesis was forced on me. The story is set a few years in the future, during a war that's just about over, and the Earth is no longer the dominant power. Turns out that Earth was the most nebulously defined thing in it, as the other nations are a smattering of empires ruled by ambitious kids with zero leadership skills. I'm working on Hard Mode to get the multiplayer to work. It should be up by the next competition.
On my (and by my, I mean Alex, he'd probably feel the same way) iPhone, I have iGig and Growl. I have GrowlXtra set up to configure RIM Desktop (on OS X) and Growl (Lion). I have an old-school Windows Live Messenger client that I'm not ashamed to admit still works. d2c66b5586
