Last year, with the development of the DualShock 3, it became clear this was a fight that Real Racing 2 would ultimately lose. The team at Kazam (the maker of the game) showed some interest in giving the D3 and the game cross-play, but alas, it never came to fruition. This is ultimately a shame because there is no more fun to be had in the world of racing than with the counter-intuitive movement controls in its previous iteration.
The DS is a true handheld gaming hit. Commandeering elements typically reserved to console gaming (like the ability to easily swap in controllers and move freely through your games) the DS invited the best of both hardcore gaming and casual play. Hands down this is the finest platform for gaming currently in existence. Unfortunately, due to a lack of market share, games are rather lacking in variety, and typically, you will spend more time actually gaming rather then playing on the DS's numerous, staggeringly multifarious features. d2c66b5586
