I just wanted to share with you my actual experience with this application, since I never used InDesign before. I ran into a similar situation with the same error message and it went away after a restart of my computer. After talking to almost every single person at Adobe and nobody could help, it was time to give this a try. So I downloaded the free trial version of InDesign CS6 and I haven’t had any problems since, so if you run into this error message, it might work for you also.
Hi,I have had this problem for several days. I downloaded the latest Creative Cloud for mobile, reinstalled it, restarted the computer several times, stopped Apple iTunes, restarted back onto itunes, stopped and started my iPhone. It was not until I was sitting on the bus going to the airport that my computer just stopped working
I was working and with the error message. I knew the app was a little temperamental but not this bad. I texted a co-worker to let me know I wasn't able to do anything or open the editor. There was no internet access on the bus, so I wasn't able to call to see if this was a global problem. I called the local Apple store.
I was at the airport within 20 minutes of the call. The store had a development registered design engineer. He opened not only the Adobe Creative Cloud for mobile, but also took a look at my computer. He gave me the run down. Within a half hour or so he found the problem and had a solution and a workaround. He completely wiped the whole hard drive, reinstalled the OS and was done troubleshooting and was done. He also walked me through the configuration of my iPhone. I will be calling him to see how much time it will take for him to get me a new mobile app. I think my experience with the company and with the tech support will be much better in the future.
hi. I've had this problem for 24 hrs. It won't let me use InDesign CS6 anymore. I don't even know why. Sometimes I can open it. Then it closes just with the error message "This application cannot be opened at this time. d2c66b5586
